About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site operations based on warehousing of packed chemicals
- Act as employer’s delegate for Safety and Environmental matters
- Ensure full compliance with regulations and Univar group policies
- Own and drive site performance, KPIs, cost control, and improvement initiatives
- Optimize stock levels and operational efficiency in collaboration with other teams
- Manage, develop, and coach the site team for performance and capability growth
- Act as main interface with authorities and represent the company during inspections
- Oversee training plans, safety drills, and compliance audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Logistics Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site, plant, warehouse, or operations management
- Knowledge of Italian safety, environmental, and SEVESO regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex operational environments
- Experience with SAP and operational reporting tools
- Fluent Italian and good command of English
