About the role

• Supply Planner managing end-to-end innovation projects for The Quality Group in sports nutrition. Overseeing product launches, resource calculations, and ensuring project execution across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You manage innovation projects from recipe readiness through to launch and ensure smooth execution
• You coordinate information flow across all relevant stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication
• You calculate material requirements for innovations, follow them up, and ensure availability
• You work closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Product Management, PLM, Promotion Planning, and Graphics
• You manage multiple projects in parallel and set priorities independently

Requirements

• You hold a degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable field
• You have solid knowledge of supply planning and a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• You take ownership, proactively drive topics forward, and feel comfortable preparing and aligning decisions
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and appropriately with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to consolidate information in a structured way
• You work in a highly organized and structured manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, analyses)
• You have very good English skills; German skills are a plus.
