Responsibilities
- Animate and manage the industrial Supply Chain roadmap
- Facilitate the implementation of new practices
- Propose and facilitate pragmatic adjustments for supply chain activities
- Take responsibility for steering selected targeted projects
- Manage the deployment of Lean and InCight approaches across sites
- Serve as the primary contact for the cross-functional Industry Data Driven project
- Prepare the multi-year budget (Multi Year Budget)
- Define and oversee an industrial "supply chain cockpit" for performance monitoring
- Ensure coordination between DMS Supply Chain functions
- Manage shared tools (SHPERE, iOBEYA)
- Prepare required indicators and dashboards
- Communicate on current developments and updates.
Requirements
- You hold an advanced degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering
- Significant experience of at least 10 years in a Supply Chain environment
- Knowledge of industrial practices (ERP, MRPII, PLM)
- Ability to maintain a global view of the product lifecycle: develop, produce, acquire, sustain
- Practical experience with Lean tools and the ability to propose concrete transformation actions
- Certification such as APICS / CPIM would be an asset
- Proficiency with ERP and PLM tools including SAP
- Professional working proficiency in English is desirable.
