About the role

  • Key Account Manager overseeing strategic marketing initiatives for Onco-Hematology at Torrent Pharmaceuticals. Responsible for building relationships with strategic accounts across Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key figure in developing the new business unit, leading initial negotiations with strategic accounts and building demand foundations for the Onco‑Hematology business unit’s products. This professional will be responsible for connecting market insights with commercial actions.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic accounts (hospitals, oncology clinics)
  • Conduct commercial and institutional visits to present the portfolio and build relationships with decision makers
  • Gather and analyze demand data, prescribing profiles and local protocols
  • Develop regional entry and expansion plans aligned with the launch strategy for generics and biosimilars
  • Collaborate with access, marketing and medical affairs teams
  • Participate in initial commercial negotiations, including definition of terms, contracts and supply models
  • Monitor KPIs for penetration, coverage and demand conversion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of campaign development, market and competitor analysis.
  • Experience organizing events and promotional activities.
  • Understanding of branding, pricing and project management tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
  • Availability to travel (throughout Brazil).
  • Based in MG and/or RJ.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish preferred.
