About the role
- PMO Analyst supporting project management at Topaz, a financial tech company in Brazil. Guiding project teams to ensure effective methodologies and productive deliverables in a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management team by providing guidance, guidelines, standards and best practices related to project management.
- Oversee and monitor teams and activities throughout the entire process, ensuring the application of the defined development methodology to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables and services.
- Plan client engagement through contacts and meetings to identify their expectations and needs.
- Assign tasks and follow up with the team to ensure they are completed within established deadlines.
- Monitor and control projects, managing progress across multiple aspects such as status, schedule, cost and profit margin.
- Prepare necessary reports and use the appropriate tools defined by the company.
- Interact with other areas of the company to negotiate resources, request services and set execution deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in Technology and/or Project Management preferred.
- Experience in Software Project Management.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean and SAFe methodologies.
- Knowledge of Project Financial Management.
- People management skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Degree, postgraduate qualification or MBA in Technology Project Management.
- Knowledge of the Financial/Banking market.
- Certifications such as Agile, PMP, Scrum.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
- Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
