About the role

  • Analyst impacting the Compensation & Benefits strategy for Mexico and the Andean Region. Conducting analyses to support management on compensation programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analyses and studies to support Management in managing our compensation programmes following our global Rewards strategy.
  • Report into the Regional Compensation & Payroll Manager.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables).
  • Advanced English (verifiable).
  • HRIS (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Ticket and incident management with vendors.
  • Ability to work accurately and detect errors in calculations.
  • Experience with life insurance and major medical expense insurance processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor and tax laws
