Analyst responsible for fostering client relationships and partnerships to boost regional development at Sebrae RS. Engaging with clients, providing consultancy, and organizing events for entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
Conduct active prospecting of clients, potential clients, and partners, building a strategic portfolio to strengthen relationships with Sebrae RS and broaden the reach of offered solutions;
Offer and commercialize Sebrae products, aiming to meet targets and promote client development through solutions provided by Sebrae RS;
Provide specialized technical consultancy and guidance to businesses and partners, contributing to their growth and development;
Plan and organize activities and events to promote knowledge exchange and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem;
Represent Sebrae RS at events and meetings, establishing partnerships and strengthening the institution’s presence;
Coordinate partnerships with government bodies, private entities, and entrepreneurship-support institutions to drive regional development;
Maintain records of schedules related to client service, events, missions, and agreements with partners;
Facilitate connections between clients and partners, enabling experience sharing and the creation of business opportunities;
Map partnership opportunities according to the territory’s profile;
Build and strengthen a network of relationships with key stakeholders—such as business owners, financial institutions, and trade associations—to expand Sebrae RS’s reach and influence;
Support regional studies and mappings, identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
Specialization in the field is desirable.
Experience in organizing or supporting events.
Institutional coordination/liaison skills.
Relationship management experience.
Client service and prospecting experience.
Specific knowledge: business consulting techniques and corporate advisory;
Business management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
Mandatory possession of a Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category B.
