Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in back office and product development.
- Develop and implement interactive dashboards and intelligent reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Support the development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, applying advanced techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), using LLMs, AI agents, and predictive analytics.
- Participate in digital transformation projects, bringing data-driven insights for continuous innovation.
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly and strategically to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science (preferred).
- Previous experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Systems Development.
- Experience in digital transformation projects, especially in back office and product development.
- Programming in Python, R, and/or Java.
- Experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, predictive analytics, and data science.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, or Vertex AI.
- SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science are a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
- Master's or PhD are advantages.
- English and Spanish are desirable.
