Responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will embed directly into our high-growth client and own the end-to-end talent strategy for critical DeepTech and AI roles.
Shape and execute a talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, rapidly increasing talent density in our clients’ teams.
Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns and generate insights that inform search strategy and prioritization.
Refine and continuously iterate searches to ensure deep penetration of the Product and wider tech talent pools.
Analyze funnel data, derive insights, and optimise each stage of the hiring process for speed, quality, and conversion.
Drive high-velocity execution of multiple recruitment workstreams in parallel, maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder confidence.
Build influential relationships with hiring managers and Product leaders, advising them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and process design that creates impact.
Requirements
Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring.
Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments.
Fluency in German & English is a must.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex hiring decisions simply, persuasively, and with data.
