Responsibilities
- Support both HR Operations and Global Payroll
- Covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Play an active role in the HiBob HRIS implementation
- Contributing to data migration, testing, and process optimization
- Support payroll activities across ±17 countries
- Collaborate with Office Managers and global stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration and Payroll
- Available for 32–40 hours per week
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in an international HR environment
- Bachelor / HBO level education
- Experience with BambooHR (HiBob is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam preferred)
