About the role

  • Marketing Specialist executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels at TOMIA. Collaborating with teams and managing content for brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other channels
  • Assist in creating and managing marketing content, including posts, presentations, and sales collaterals
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams and external partners to build effective communication channels, such as newsletters and customer forums
  • Track campaign performance against benchmarks and prepare reports with recommendations
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to better understand the main challenges and how to drive value
  • Actively contribute new ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
  • Take initiative on assigned projects and ensure end-to-end execution
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or related role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics
  • Comfortable adopting and working with new technologies and marketing tools
  • Strong execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset
  • Creative thinking with the ability to propose and implement new ideas
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
