Responsibilities
Contribute to and further develop processes within IT administration
Ensure availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure
Analyze and coordinate requirements or the resolution of technical issues
Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and clients, as well as external service providers
Requirements
Solid IT education (HTL, FH or university) or equivalent
3 years' experience in IT administration in a comparable environment
Experience administering at least three of the following areas: networks, firewalls, Netscaler, VMware vSphere, Windows domains & Entra ID, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server (on‑premises), automation (PowerShell, etc.), Linux, Docker; good MS Office skills
Good German language skills, spoken and written (including documentation)
Analytical, solution‑oriented thinking
Ability to work independently, accurately and with personal responsibility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in working for a non-profit organization and identification with the association's mission
