About the role

  • Administration & Sales Intern supporting operations and client relations in a healthtech startup. Engaging in administrative tasks for smooth patient care services with a focus on innovative health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations team and clients with scheduling appointments with doctors and therapists
  • Conduct discovery calls with our leads
  • Serve as a point of contact by email and phone for various client inquiries
  • Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and supplements
  • Support billing and general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in administration/operations or the finance sector
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with new software
  • Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive data
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in medical administration is a plus
