Responsibilities
Patching in-house connections
Installing end devices at residential and business customer sites
Assisting with the setup and commissioning of PCs and Smart TVs
Troubleshooting network components in coordination with our NOC (Network Operations Center)
Patching and splicing fiber optic connections as needed
Requirements
Technical education, ideally in telecommunications or communications electronics
Practical experience in troubleshooting telecommunications or fiber optic networks
Strong communication skills and proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Valid Class B driver's license
