About the role

  • Client Representative on Provisioning team for TELUS ensuring seamless security solutions. Collaborating with technicians to provision alarm installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with skilled technicians to provision and activate alarm panels
  • Testing equipment, validating account information, and updating zone details
  • Managing cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades
  • Overseeing data updates for commercial and complex residential accounts
  • Provide exceptional support to commercial clients
  • Handling inbound calls to activate monitoring services
  • Managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers
  • Guiding technicians in the proper setup

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand the caller’s needs
  • Maintain composure, patience and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt communication style
  • Ability to remain open-minded
