About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead components of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities with oversight from finance managers

- Partner with analysts and finance managers to identify automation opportunities

- Drive process improvement initiatives and support high-visibility special projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field)
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving
- Proficiency with core digital tools — advanced Excel plus exposure to visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI), collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams), and/or basic coding concepts (SQL/Python/VBA)
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and capacity to learn
- Ability to connect financial and operational data to business strategy
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
