About the role

  • Trainer & Technical Support for HVAC, developing educational materials and conducting training for branch personnel and customers. Provide technical support and monitor training effectiveness while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain educational materials for HVAC product and services training
  • Prepare sales aids, stock lists, and forms for internal and customer use
  • Schedule and deliver training for branch personnel and customers
  • Develop and update HVAC certification programs
  • Monitor HVAC training programs and recommend modifications
  • Provide technical support to customers and associates
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee attendance
  • Coordinate learning delivery through multiple mediums
  • Collaborate with marketing for integration of concepts in sales function
  • Identify necessary HVAC products in collaboration with purchasing and branch staff

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HVAC product technical knowledge
  • Familiarity with HVAC training programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Experience in coordinating training sessions
  • Familiarity with Wrightsoft software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales team and customers
  • Ability to monitor and report training metrics
