About the role

  • Loss Prevention Associate supporting District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by preventing loss and serving customers. Focused on visual deterrence and maintaining store safety and security.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities
  • Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
  • Supports a positive customer shopping experience in the store
  • Maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention
  • Exercises sound judgment in decision-making
  • Adheres to Company policies and maintains Company culture and values
  • Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
  • Performs a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management

Requirements

  • 0-2 years retail or security experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
  • Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
