Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end evolution of our digital agents — from deeply understanding flows to making strategic technical decisions.
Continuously seek and apply best practices for building AI-first products and agents.
Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for digital agents with clarity and purpose.
Write PRDs, technical requirements and acceptance criteria that align quality and velocity.
Prioritize the backlog based on impact, stability and scalability, always data-driven.
Evolve prompts, conversational flows and agent behaviors with analytical rigor.
Analyze usage, conversion and failure data using SQL and internal dashboards.
Support and evolve critical integrations: scheduling, insurance/health-plan integrations, payments and messaging channels.
Work side-by-side with engineering to navigate technical decisions, trade-offs and complexity.
Track adoption, efficiency and impact of the agents in clinics — collaborating with Support and Customer Success to continually raise the standard.
Requirements
Real technical capability: APIs, integrations, data modeling and SQL for analysis.
Experience with AI-first products: hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompting and agents.
