About the role
- Product Owner & Systembetreuer in Munich handling Document Management System operations. Implementing updates and managing interfaces for efficient document processes in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the Document Management System (DMS)
- Perform system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Manage interfaces to connected systems (e.g., ERP, email, archive)
- User and permissions management, as well as system documentation
- Strategic development of the DMS
- Capture and prioritize requirements from business units
- Design and optimize document-based business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT or Business Informatics
- Experience with DMS/ECM systems (e.g., d.velop, ELO, DocuWare, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding (networks, databases, interfaces)
- Experience in requirements management or as a Product Owner is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style
- Good knowledge of project management
- Fluent German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
