- Training of Titan Electric management systems
- Reviewing service department personnel
- Recruiting and hiring service personnel
- Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles
- Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles
- Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion
Requirements
- Construction Management/Engineering/Business Management Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Must have practical electrical and general construction knowledge and/or experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with PDF processing software, preferably Bluebeam
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
