Responsibilities
Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes técnicos de nivel 2 y 3, asegurando cumplimiento de SLA
Analizar logs, APIs y bases de datos para identificar causas raíz de errores o desviaciones
Escalar casos críticos al equipo de desarrollo (proporcionando información detallada y contextualizada para su resolución)
Definir cuándo un caso debe escalar a nivel 3
Documentar hallazgos, soluciones y pasos técnicos en las herramientas de gestión
Retroalimentar con hallazgos técnicos, patrones de uso o vulnerabilidades detectadas
Identificar oportunidades de automatización o mejora de procesos de soporte
Desarrollar scripts o herramientas simples que faciliten el diagnóstico o validación técnica
Requirements
Experiencia comprobable en resolución de incidentes técnicos nivel 2 o 3
Manejo de consultas SQL intermedias para análisis de datos o errores
Lectura de logs y monitoreo con herramientas como Grafana, AWS y GCP
Experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, GCP)
Uso de herramientas de ticketing como Jira
Conocimientos en Python
Deseables Familiaridad con pipelines CI/CD y Git
Conocimiento en consumo y validación de APIs REST
