Responsibilities

  • Financial bookkeeping: ensuring ongoing postings, account maintenance and reconciliations 📚
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management: responsible for invoicing, invoice verification and dunning 📨
  • Expense and credit card reconciliations: efficient processing and control 💳
  • Payments: preparation and approval of payment runs and their posting 🏦
  • Support for the Head of Finance: preparation of annual financial statements and the budget 📊
  • Administration: first point of contact for client inquiries and organizational support ✍️

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Solid professional experience in financial accounting (Fibu, AR/AP) as well as in expense and credit card management
  • Confident use of MS Excel/Office, ideally with experience in Abacus
  • Independent, structured working style and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Enjoys client contact and has a strong service orientation
