About the role

  • Coordenador de Planejamento Financeiro managing costs at International Meal Company’s food retail brands. Overseeing P&L, budgeting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, control and execute all financial activities related to fixed cost lines, including third‑party services, utilities, marketing, occupancy, labor, maintenance and IT.
  • Perform monthly P&L monitoring, coordinating payments, provisions and accounting entries, ensuring correct cost allocation, compliance and timely month‑end close.
  • Analyze variances versus budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying cost drivers, deviations and efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecast reviews.
  • Develop investment studies, CAPEX analyses and valuations to support strategic decisions on expansion and brand development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and a financial perspective integrated with the business.
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Experience in retail, food service or complex operations.
  • Experience leading teams.
