About the role

  • B2B Sales Manager at TimeSec, a SaaS startup revolutionizing time management in construction. Responsible for sales processes and client interactions in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Active sales of our time-tracking solution (SaaS) and additional digital modules for the construction industry
  • Occasional field visits in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and presence at events
  • Responsible for the entire sales process — from lead qualification and initial meetings through demos to contract closing and upselling
  • Direct customer contact and cold outreach by phone or at events — you are persistent but always customer- and solution-oriented
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline, reporting and forecasting, and CRM maintenance
  • Contribute to new sales strategies and actively refine our sales processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling software or SaaS solutions
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with prospective customers form the foundation of your work
  • Hands-on, target-oriented, with a structured working style and perseverance
  • Prior knowledge of the construction industry, trades, or related sectors is a plus but not required
  • Native-level German language skills are required
