Responsibilities
Active sales of our time-tracking solution (SaaS) and additional digital modules for the construction industry
Occasional field visits in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and presence at events
Responsible for the entire sales process — from lead qualification and initial meetings through demos to contract closing and upselling
Direct customer contact and cold outreach by phone or at events — you are persistent but always customer- and solution-oriented
Build and maintain a robust pipeline, reporting and forecasting, and CRM maintenance
Contribute to new sales strategies and actively refine our sales processes
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling software or SaaS solutions
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with prospective customers form the foundation of your work
Hands-on, target-oriented, with a structured working style and perseverance
Prior knowledge of the construction industry, trades, or related sectors is a plus but not required
Native-level German language skills are required
