About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering innovative solutions to clients' problems, i.e., capturing business requirements and transforming them through analysis and design into technical solutions.
- Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex OSS systems;
- Develop architecture diagrams for OSS systems using tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalents;
- Create and maintain detailed and organized technical documentation for OSS projects;
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings and presentations;
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into clear visual representations;
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical reports and workflows;
- Apply basic programming knowledge to review and interpret scripts or simple automations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
- Experience with diagramming tools for architecture (Microsoft Visio or similar);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of telecommunications network architectures (core network, radio access network, transport, IP/MPLS);
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages used in telecommunications (Python, Java, Shell scripting);
- Knowledge of integration patterns (SOA, REST and SOAP APIs, microservices) and telecom middleware.
