About the role
- Manager of Security Intelligence and Monitoring leading teams to safeguard people and assets. Involved in data analysis, risk management, and security policy development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Security and Intelligence Monitoring Center, ensuring efficiency in incident detection and response and consolidation of data;
- Define strategies for risk prevention (physical, logical, risk analysis);
- Supervise processes for data analysis, metrics and analytics reporting;
- Develop and monitor performance KPIs and service SLAs;
- Ensure integration between monitoring systems, access control, and alarm systems;
- Recommend technological innovation projects for security involving the Innovation team (analytics, automation, artificial intelligence);
- Support the operation with contracts, suppliers and area budgets;
- Ensure development and updating of Security Policies and Procedures documents;
- Act as focal point for internal and external security-related matters;
- Promote a security culture and the dissemination of best practices (training and internal communications).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree or MBA: Business Administration, Law, Economics, Governance, Compliance;
- Experience as a Manager or Coordinator in corporate security areas;
- Experience in environments with high operational criticality and technological integration;
- Experience in managing security and monitoring operations;
- Experience in risk management, business continuity and compliance;
- Experience in data management and metrics.
