Lead the contracts for the Network Directorate, including: (i) contracting tower infrastructure services (Opex/Lease) between TIM S.A. and Tower Companies/operators;
Contract the use of spaces granted by governments or private companies (permits);
Contract Data Center services for infrastructure use;
Align TIM S.A.'s Network Strategic Plan, ensuring all actions comply with the Company's strategic objectives and with a focus on sustainability and business efficiency;
Manage contract execution, ensuring the parties' obligations are met and controlling the agreed conditions together with Network areas (Implementation and Operations);
Interact with internal areas (Legal, Regulatory, Finance, among others), ensuring correct interpretation of contracts, especially in more complex situations or those requiring specific actions from these areas;
Renegotiate contracts with a focus on containing and/or reducing fixed costs (Opex/Lease), in line with TIM S.A.'s budgetary guidelines;
Interact with suppliers strategically, including telecom operators, electric sector companies and network infrastructure providers;
Participate in Network procurement for “Fuori Ambito” activities, involving acquisition of sites, towers or rights of way, and support RFQ, RFI and RFP strategies as required by the area;
Disseminate contractual information, conducting workshops for client areas on the terms of new contracts, amendments and agreements signed;
Negotiate priority scopes with a focus on business strategy, discussing strategic trade-offs;
Validate technical documentation, ensuring the solution adheres to the requested requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering;
Experience in the telecom market;
Experience in infrastructure contracts, related to agreements with Tower Companies (outdoor and indoor), operators, government agencies (permits – rights of way on highways and railways), Data Center companies, airports, Street Level Solutions, Sky Coverage, B2B, B2C, etc.;
Creation and management of RFQ/RFP processes, from drafting to approval in Director’s Meeting (REDIR) and Board (CDA).
