  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews
  • Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions
  • Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments
