Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
Define and maintain standards for SharePoint delivery, including documentation, templates, and reusable assets.
Scope, price, and construct proposals for SharePoint projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
Provide expert advice to clients on SharePoint strategy, governance, and adoption.
Oversee and manage SharePoint implementations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating as appropriate.
Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.
Identify opportunities to improve Infoxchange’s SharePoint offering, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint governance, security, and integration with other platforms.
Experience implementing and advising on Microsoft 365 sensitivity labelling, data classification and information protection frameworks.
Strong capability applying governance and compliance requirements across SharePoint environments to ensure secure access, appropriate data handling, and alignment with organisational Purview controls.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Teams integration.
Experience working in or with the not-for-profit/community sector.
