About the role
- Recruitment consultant collaborating with clients to align job profiles and candidate selection. Engaging with internal candidates and improving internal processes for better delivery.
Responsibilities
- Align job profiles, understand client needs, and act consultatively to define recruitment projects
- Create and publish job postings according to each project stage across appropriate channels
- Conduct active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels to attract and engage candidates
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Administer technical and behavioral assessments
- Participate in meetings with hiring managers
- Prepare candidate evaluation reports
- Provide consultative support to internal clients and candidates, offering feedback and follow-up
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes to optimize time and enhance delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling vacancies across different regions of the country
- Practical experience using LinkedIn for job postings, candidate attraction, and active sourcing
- Corporate experience; background in customer service, personnel administration, or HR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and dynamic, able to adapt to different types of clients
- Time management skills and agility
- Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- Own laptop
- Availability for in-person meetings 1–2 times per week
- Passion for working with people.
