Responsibilities
Align job profiles, understand client needs, and act consultatively to define recruitment projects
Create and publish job postings according to each project stage across appropriate channels
Conduct active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels to attract and engage candidates
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
Administer technical and behavioral assessments
Participate in meetings with hiring managers
Prepare candidate evaluation reports
Provide consultative support to internal clients and candidates, offering feedback and follow-up
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes to optimize time and enhance delivery.
Requirements
Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling vacancies across different regions of the country
Practical experience using LinkedIn for job postings, candidate attraction, and active sourcing
Corporate experience; background in customer service, personnel administration, or HR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and dynamic, able to adapt to different types of clients
Time management skills and agility
Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Own laptop
Availability for in-person meetings 1–2 times per week
