Responsibilities
Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing new business opportunities.
Identify, structure, and develop growth opportunities for the digital channel based on data, market insights, customer journey, and business needs, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Drive these opportunities by structuring problems, hypotheses, scope, and development plans for initiatives until a decision is made to evolve, scale, or discontinue them.
Analyze opportunities through the lens of value creation, impact on conversion, CAPEX efficiency, and operational feasibility, supporting data-driven decision-making using clear criteria.
Ensure alignment and engagement of partner teams (Product, Marketing, CRM, Media, Operations, IT), facilitating discussions at the appropriate cadence and ensuring clear ownership of responsibilities throughout initiative development.
Lead initiatives using Lean/Agile approaches, promoting experimentation where applicable, structured learning, and continuous improvement of developed solutions.
Monitor execution of initiatives across involved teams, tracking timelines, scope, and impacts, and contributing to risk mitigation and necessary adjustments.
Document learnings and decisions from conducted initiatives, contributing to knowledge building, governance, and scalability of opportunities within Growth.
Requirements
Experience in Growth, Business Development, Strategy, Digital Product, or Innovation, working on the structuring and development of business opportunities.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives, with interaction between Marketing, Product, Technology, CRM, and Operations.
Experience analyzing opportunities with a focus on value creation, performance impact, and operational viability.
Experience in data-driven environments, using performance indicators to support decisions.
Familiarity with Lean/Agile methodologies, experimentation, or prioritization frameworks.
Experience preparing analyses and presentations for decision-making in working forums.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data, or related fields.
