About the role

• Frontend Developer specializing in Vue.js and Nuxt.js at Tillo, a leader in digital gift card solutions. Designing features, integrating APIs, and maintaining code quality.

Responsibilities

• Help to design and build new features within our UX/UI Team
• Integrate to third-party services and APIs
• Perform code reviews for other Engineers and provide thoughtful feedback
• Work with Product & Design to scope, define and estimate work
• Maintain the high standards of our codebase
• Support other team members including regular Pairing sessions

Requirements

• Experience developing with Nuxt/Vue.js
• Experience with PHP/Laravel
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Storybook
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, as you will be liaising with internal and external customers on a daily basis
• Using version control such as git and branching patterns such as git-flow
• The ability to work well in fast-paced environments
• It’s not essential, but we’d love to hear about it if you have experience with AWS services
• DataDog
• Designing efficient SQL queries and schemas
• Test-Driven Development
• Working with high performance systems at scale
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Leveraging benefits of using AI (we use Cursor and Gemini), whilst aware of potential pitfalls
