• Manager Front End Studies at APA managing feasibility studies for gas infrastructure. Overseeing delivery and integration of ESG in project processes within the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of concept-select and feasibility studies to project gate requirements
• Coordinate discipline-specific engineering resources across the Concept Engineering matrix
• Oversee technical artifact delivery, key workshops and cross-functional alignment
• Report study progress, bottlenecks and quality metrics to leadership
• Coordinate with Energy Solutions, customers, and key stakeholders pre-FID study requirements and outcomes
• Support Energy Solutions with technical inputs for FID, and deliver post-FID handover packages
• Integrate ESG, risk and SCI requirements into concept documentation
• Lead innovation facilitation sessions screening new gas options for feasibility and strategic fit

Requirements

• Front-end/concept-select study management experience in gas infrastructure or energy
• Matrix resource coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Technical artifact governance — HAZIDs, emissions screening, climate resilience
• Investment gate process and formal handover familiarity
• ESG and regulatory compliance knowledge in infrastructure projects
• People leadership experience with 4–6 direct reports in concept/feasibility engineering
