About the role
- Senior Lawyer leading compliance, integrity, and data protection initiatives for Tigre Group. Focused on investigations, training, and supporting operational areas across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Management of the integrity program, acting across all pillars: prevention, detection, correction and improvement.
- Management of the global data protection program (Brazil, Latin America and the USA), with a focus on expanding the program in the United States.
- Organize and conduct Compliance investigations.
- Deliver compliance training for operational and administrative audiences.
- Develop internal training related to ethics and integrity.
- Conduct due diligence analysis of Tigre Group partners.
- Provide internal support to business areas.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization (in progress is acceptable).
- Ability to conduct complex investigations in more than one language.
- Knowledge of integrity/compliance programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Experience with SAP.
