Senior Manager Compliance and Certification responsible for audit preparation and regulatory compliance. Working with a team to ensure all audits are managed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Detailed planning and technical preparation of all external audits within D-Trust in cooperation with the relevant departments
Facilitation and coordination of audit appointments as the central interface between external auditors and internal teams
Review, approval and follow-up of audit reports and coordinated handover of evidence in close alignment with the departments
Coordination of the remediation of findings from audits and penetration tests
Ensuring substantive and timely resolution of issues
Communication with and management of supervisory and conformity-assessment bodies and service providers
Annual planning of audits and penetration tests
End-to-end planning, coordination, execution and follow-up of internal audits

Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, a natural science, or a comparable field; alternatively several years of professional experience in the described area
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Very good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ETSI, eIDAS), technical guidelines from the BSI, and the requirements of various root store programs is desirable
Pragmatic, structured and analytical working style, plus confident documentation and presentation skills, good communication skills and team spirit
Language skills: German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
