About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo managing data inputs and administration in the sales cycle for a leading Brazilian construction solutions company. Requires hybrid attendance in Joinville.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify mandatory documentation from new clients, ensuring file completeness to enable record creation.
  • Perform preliminary client registration in SAP, entering basic data and checking for duplicates to prevent database errors.
  • Consolidate sales and billing data to calculate commissions, organizing the raw data that will form the basis for calculations.
  • Perform basic cleansing of commission databases, identifying canceled or returned orders that affect variable compensation.
  • Receive and organize supporting evidence for discount requests (photos, receipts, emails), ensuring the dossier is complete for review.
  • Formalize contract terminations, collecting signatures on termination agreements and organizing the files.
  • Triage and respond to low-complexity tickets in ServiceNow, advising sales representatives on registration status or the issuance of invoices/boletos.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and manage vehicle documentation to ensure availability and safety of the commercial fleet.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed or currently enrolled.
  • Experience in administrative support routines for commercial/sales areas.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with support/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
