About the role
- OCM Lead Consultant supporting migration from SAS to Dataiku at Tiger Analytics. Collaborating to streamline workflows, training and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Enable end-users and stakeholders to understand the shift from SAS to Dataiku.
- Facilitate alignment on new workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
- Create re-usable usage patterns, best practices and document platform guidelines on appropriate use cases that are supported.
- Produce executive level communications to address / provide readouts of concerns.
- Accelerate user adoption through targeted communication, engagement, and training support.
- Identify change risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct onsite interviews and small-group sessions with key stakeholders (analytics teams, managers, SMEs).
- Document current-state pain points, SAS usage patterns, and transition concerns.
- Assess change readiness and identify user segments requiring tailored support.
- Review the overall migration plan and validate OCM alignment with technical milestones.
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience supporting analytics or data platform migrations (SAS, Dataiku preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present Platform status and issues to leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder-management.
- Passionate and goal-oriented team member who is an active collaborator; with very good listening skills who can partner with users.
- Ability to translate technical changes into user-impact messaging.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery environments.
