About the role
- Lead Platform Engineer advising on OpenShift platform engineering for mission-critical environments. Mentor teams to deliver high-performing cloud-native solutions and technical governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for OpenShift platform engineering.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (DevOps, SRE, architects, security, operations).
- Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure OpenShift clusters (on-prem, hybrid, cloud).
- Drive adoption of DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Oversee onboarding of applications and teams to the platform.
- Ensure KPI-driven governance and continuous improvement.
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap alignment.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with KPI-driven delivery and governance.
