About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist assisting TIAA Retirement teams with pipeline management and participant service support. Responsible for outreach, documentation quality, and on-campus events coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assess pipeline quality in relation to role targets and recommend top areas of focus to drive performance
  • Proactively contact participants to schedule appointments and follow-up on money movement activities
  • Monitor documentation quality and source insights to inform coaching activities
  • Leverage past performance to prioritize support for on-campus events; attend on-campus events as needed
  • Coordinate completion of all activities associated with moving new hires into production
  • Provide logistical support for on-campus events

Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • No Experience Required
  • FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to learn
