Responsibilities
Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning
Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects
Serve as the primary contact for International Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies
Identify issues or problems that affect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve
Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements
Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a technical field preferred
Two years previous experience in a technical customer support or coordination role is preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Detailed, organized, and results driven with the ability to solve problems
Knowledgeable and able to discuss with customers the attributes of Musco product
Understanding of Musco and company business practices
Knowledge of the sales and public bidding processes
General understanding of electrical and structural concepts
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Computer oriented with strong Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF skills
