Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications.

Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals.
Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.
Manage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processes.
Identify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred.
2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Detailed, organized, and proactive.
Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilities.
Self-directed within a team environment.
Knowledge of sales and bidding processes.
