- Oversee responses to client requests for plan document amendments and/or restatements
- Consult with clients on unique and complex issues
- Maintain awareness of legislative changes and IRS rulings
- Provide regulatory feedback on client-produced legal plan documents
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- Thorough knowledge of defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL and SEC laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct ongoing audits of retirement plans
