Responsibilities
Provide order management services to clients
Act as a liaison between customers, production and distribution departments
Work with customers on issues after order placement
Resolve issues with customers in consultation with Traders
Ensure timely resolutions inclusive of financial implications of order processing
Seek efficiencies in determining cost drivers for contract administration
Identify claim file types and assemble files according to relevant information
Exhibit leadership, guidance and/or training of newer employees
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 - 4 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service
Computer literate MS Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong skills and abilities in written and verbal communication
Has solid understanding and capability of order process and file management
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related discipline (preferred)
Metals or aerospace experience, or background (preferred)
