About the role

  • Sales Coordinator II providing order management services to clients as a liaison between customers and production teams. Resolving customer issues and identifying efficiencies in order processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide order management services to clients
  • Act as a liaison between customers, production and distribution departments
  • Work with customers on issues after order placement
  • Resolve issues with customers in consultation with Traders
  • Ensure timely resolutions inclusive of financial implications of order processing
  • Seek efficiencies in determining cost drivers for contract administration
  • Identify claim file types and assemble files according to relevant information
  • Exhibit leadership, guidance and/or training of newer employees

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service
  • Computer literate MS Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong skills and abilities in written and verbal communication
  • Has solid understanding and capability of order process and file management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Metals or aerospace experience, or background (preferred)
