About the role

  • Marketing Intern responsible for content creation and social media management at Thrive GmbH. Engaging community and supporting back-office tasks within a creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Bring our content to life — and keep things running.
  • You will promote our podcast, manage our social media channels, and ensure the back office runs smoothly.
  • Edit finished podcast episodes (video) into compelling highlights, snippets and reels for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — the selection of the best segments will be made together with the team.
  • Upload and maintain full podcast episodes as videos on YouTube.
  • Assist with the visual design of posts and graphics.
  • Schedule and publish prepared posts on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Manage our growing community on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — respond to comments, encourage interaction and build rapport.
  • Keep an eye on trends and relevant formats and contribute your own ideas.
  • Assign and maintain invoices and transactions in the accounting tool.
  • Request missing invoices and check incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Keep our accounting tool up to date at all times.
  • Support internal projects to help secure the strategic growth of the community.

Requirements

  • Social media affinity: You know what works on social media (Instagram, TikTok) — and enjoy implementing it.
  • Video editing skills: You can confidently use an editing tool of your choice (e.g., CapCut) and turn raw footage into compelling short videos.
  • Structure & reliability: Even when tasks are less glamorous (hello, accounting) — you stay committed and work carefully.
  • Initiative & hands-on mentality: You take action, contribute ideas and don’t wait to be told everything.
  • Currently enrolled student: You are enrolled at a university — ideally in media, communications, marketing, business administration or a related field. That said, we value motivation and ability more than the specific degree.

Benefits

  • Creative freedom from day one: You help build something that is just getting started — your ideas matter.
  • Insights into a values-driven company: leadership, coaching, company culture — you’ll gain experience in topics that are increasingly important in the workplace.
  • Flexibility: Remote work possible, flexible working hours — we trust you.
  • A small, warm team that practices what it preaches when it comes to humanity.
  • Personal development: We invest in our people — including working students.
