About the role
- Senior BIM Modeler responsible for developing and managing BIM content at Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage parametric BIM families/components in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards, protocols and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to support integrated design solutions.
- Maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement of BIM content and component libraries.
- Verify that quality requirements are met in line with Arcadis systems and BIM protocols.
- Explore and apply automation tools and new BIM trends to improve efficiency and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit, with a focus on family/content creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and drafting principles (e.g. ISO 19650), with experience in design consulting environments.
