About the role

  • Content Analyst focusing on Branding at VOLL, enhancing communication across channels and events in innovative mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of VOLL’s communication strategy across different channels.
  • Produce institutional and brand content for social media, emails, newsletters and various materials.
  • Ensure consistency of language, tone of voice and narrative across all VOLL deliverables.
  • Work at VOLL’s in-house and external events, supporting execution and providing content coverage.
  • Produce real-time content (posts, videos, behind-the-scenes, insights) for the company’s social channels.
  • Assist in organizing and capturing materials during events (photos, videos, interviews, etc.).
  • Conduct testimonial recordings with VOLL customers (success cases).
  • Help build narratives that highlight results, differentiators and the impact of the solution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and Customer Success (CS) teams to turn these stories into relevant content.
  • Support communication for product launches and new features.
  • Translate technical features into clear, simple, value-oriented messages for customers.
  • Connect product communication with VOLL’s campaigns, content and channels.
  • Work together with the Branding, Performance, Events and Product teams.
  • Support demand generation and relationship-building actions with leads and customers.
  • Ensure communication is always aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
  • Previous experience in communication, content or branding.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized profile with the ability to work on multiple fronts simultaneously.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Interest in technology, innovation and B2B marketing.
  • Experience covering events and producing real-time content.
  • Experience recording videos, interviews or testimonials.
  • Experience in product communication (Product Marketing).
  • Familiarity with corporate social networks (especially LinkedIn).
  • Experience in startups or technology companies.
