About the role

  • Establish content strategy based on customer personas and journeys
  • Monitor, analyze, and report social media conversations for actionable insights
  • Develop and manage social listening program using tools like Talkwalker and HootSuite
  • Identify trends, sentiment, and narratives related to Thomson Reuters and industry
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights for marketing leadership and teams
  • Collaborate with organic social media team to apply insights to content development
  • Serve as subject matter expert on social listening tools and methodologies
  • Track and measure impact of social listening initiatives on business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
  • At least 2 years focused on social listening, analytics, or insights
  • Expertise in analyzing data from platforms like Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • High proficiency in utilizing AI and AI tools
  • Deep understanding of social listening methodologies, sentiment analysis, and trend identification
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level social listening platforms (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr) preferred
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., HootSuite, Sprout Social) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
