Responsibilities
Establish content strategy based on customer personas and journeys
Monitor, analyze, and report social media conversations for actionable insights
Develop and manage social listening program using tools like Talkwalker and HootSuite
Identify trends, sentiment, and narratives related to Thomson Reuters and industry
Translate raw data into actionable insights for marketing leadership and teams
Collaborate with organic social media team to apply insights to content development
Serve as subject matter expert on social listening tools and methodologies
Track and measure impact of social listening initiatives on business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
At least 2 years focused on social listening, analytics, or insights
Expertise in analyzing data from platforms like Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn
High proficiency in utilizing AI and AI tools
Deep understanding of social listening methodologies, sentiment analysis, and trend identification
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level social listening platforms (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr) preferred
Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., HootSuite, Sprout Social) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
