Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Managing legal department calendars and mailboxes, managing accounts payable and receivable processes and data gathering and tracking legal platform management
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the legal department
Project Coordination: Support legal projects and initiatives, coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion
Knowledge Management: Working with other members of the team, help to maintain contract templates, contract clauses, fallback provisions and other repositories
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and oral communication)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Previous experience in a legal operations or legal administrative role (familiarity with legal terminology and processes)
Strong interest in technology, including new and emerging technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI)
Ability to translate work into digital forms to create efficiencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
University degree
Proficiency in software such as Legal Tracker and Ariba will be a big plus
