About the role

  • Legal Workflow Administrator streamlining legal processes within the legal operations team at Thomson Reuters. Responsibilities include administrative support, process improvement, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Managing legal department calendars and mailboxes, managing accounts payable and receivable processes and data gathering and tracking legal platform management
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the legal department
  • Project Coordination: Support legal projects and initiatives, coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion
  • Knowledge Management: Working with other members of the team, help to maintain contract templates, contract clauses, fallback provisions and other repositories

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and oral communication)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience in a legal operations or legal administrative role (familiarity with legal terminology and processes)
  • Strong interest in technology, including new and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI)
  • Ability to translate work into digital forms to create efficiencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • University degree
  • Proficiency in software such as Legal Tracker and Ariba will be a big plus
