Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Firm-sponsored internal events
  • Plan and execute a broad range of internal events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives
  • Serve as a lead project manager for large-scale recruiting and talent events
  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Oversee all event logistics
  • Draft and coordinate event communications
  • Establish and maintain event protocols and best practices
  • Identify process improvements to enhance event planning
  • Track attendance and event metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant event planning and management experience
  • Proven success planning and executing complex events involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
